Financial Considerations
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major treatment, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

We are proud to offer our patients flexible financial options, including CareCredit . CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed with your wellness in mind and allows you to make convenient monthly payments for your treatment. CareCredit extends special financing offers that you can't get when using other credit cards to finance your care. With shorter term financing options, no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay in full by the end of the agreed period. Our staff will be happy to explain the process further, and help you decide if using CareCredit is the best for you!

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We requestfor this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment time to another patient in need of care. A fee may be charged if multiple appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice.
